Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the The Lobby mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

The Lobby is a pass-the-phone party game collection. No account is required. Games, word packs and features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

2. The Lobby Pro (subscription)

• The Lobby Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) that removes ads and unlocks premium content.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

3. Acceptable use

The app and its content are for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its content, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its characters, artwork, names and content are owned by the developer and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

5. Advertising

The free version shows ads provided by third-party ad networks. Those ads are subject to the advertisers’ own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Some games involve physical movement (e.g. tilting the phone) — play in a safe environment and be mindful of your surroundings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
